Crab Oyster Sauce

To be prepared:

Crab 3 tails, boiled until cooked, chopped
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cm ginger, crushed
Taosi 2 tablespoons
Grew coarse black pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 bunch basil
15 pieces of red chili sauce
Salt 2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Water 200 ml
500 ml cooking oil

How to make:

Heat oil, fry the crabs until browned, remove and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saute onion, garlic, ginger, taosi, pepper, basil and cayenne pepper until fragrant and wilted.
Enter the fried crab pieces and stir well.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and water, and cook until flavors mingle, lift.
Serve hot
